    # The Head of Sourcing and Procurement will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, and experience in managing manufacturers, freight forwarding, third-party logistics (3PL), warehousing, and last-mile delivery. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    # Lead supplier selection and qualification processes to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
    # Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
    # Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels, reduce lead times, and minimize carrying costs.
    # Monitor market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities or risks.
    # Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
    # Implement and maintain robust systems and processes for procurement, order management, and supply chain visibility.
    # Manage relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and warehousing partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
    # Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance related to sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities.

    Strong sourcing and procurement expertise (technical expertise).
    Knowledge of global supply chain management mainly in the US and China.
    Proficiency in inventory management and order tracking.
    Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
    Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
    # Minimum 10 years in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management within the supply chain industry.
    # In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement best practices, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
    # Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and international trade regulations.
    # Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools for inventory management, order tracking, and data analysis.
    # Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
