The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in customer service and administration. Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to organise, problem-solve, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Working hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with the understanding that evenings and weekends will be part of the journey during peak event times.
