We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager that is self-motivated and well organised with an ambition to succeed.

You will be based in our Redditch Head Office acting as the key liaison between the customer and support services to provide exemplary customer service.

A key part of the role is overseeing the management and development of the Accounting Team to effectively deliver financial tasks.

This role is ideal for a candidate who is keen to engage in continuous improvement to recommend and implement changes that will improve the company's financial performance and financial records.

Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
~ Commercial experience
~ Advanced excel skills
~ Flexible outlook to working hours when required (month end process)
~Manage the performance of the Accounting team to deliver departmental objectives
Produce monthly internal and Group reports, including commentary and variance analysis
Maintain and develop the financial control framework, including accountabilities and authorities to ensure robust financial control
Management of Accounts Payable and Banking functions, including foreign exchange purchasing and exposure
Develop and enhance the reporting of financial and operational performance including cost control
Coach and develop the Accounting team
