    Marex - Join Our IT Incident Manager Team

    About the Role:

    • Own, manage, and integrate Incident and Problem Management processes within Technology
    • Provide detailed updates to internal stakeholders
    • Conduct Post Major Incident Reviews for continuous improvement
    • Coordinate Major Incident responses across Technology
    • Drive Continuous Service Improvement for Major Incident Management
    • Manage the Incident and Problem Management processes and documentation
    • Track and oversee Problem Records
    • Monitor incident resolution and analyze trends
    • Prioritize incident impact and Problem records accurately
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
    • Offer monthly reporting on Incident and Problem Management

    What We're Looking For:


    • A team player with excellent communication skills

    • Resilient in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Experience with ITSM tools

    Desired Qualifications:


    • ITIL 4 Foundation certification minimum

    • ITIL framework understanding

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Atlassian - Jira Service Management experience
