Costain has been appointed by Northumbrian Water Group(NWG) to the newindustry leading collaborative partnership, the Living Water Enterprise (LWE). We're looking for a dynamic Project Director to lead Costain within the LWE and make adifference to NWG.Develop and maintain a high-performance culture across the Costainteam, delivering efficiencies and continuous improvement
Actively champion wellbeing, safety and environment performance, and compliancethroughout your team to create a safety culture to ensure Zero LTI and RIDDOR Incidents
Provide whole life oversight and accountability for the successfuldelivery of projects, through design, procurement, assembly, commissioning, andhandover
Deliver commercial and financial performance in line with budget expectations
Experienced in the leadership of complex projects and/or programmesin a collaborative delivery environment
Significant amount of contract delivery experience where you have successfullymanaged a framework of multiple projects of a complex or critical naturepreferably in the water sector
An engaging leader of people with extensive line management and development ofpeople
Solid commercial, financial and analytical skills
Qualifications and Training
