- Ensure that all product informationprovided is clear fair and not misleading allowing the customer tomake an informed decision.
- Calculate NewBusiness premiums in accordance with the specific carrier riskappetite and guidelines or liaise with insurers for allnondelegated authority business.
- Ensure thattelephone calls are answered & dealt with promptly& efficiently.
- Maintain thorough andaccurate records of all customerinteractions.
- Identify complaints and refer tothe necessary complaint handler.
- Dealing withqueries by email telephone and in person ensuring that all SLAs areadhered to.
- Required to be a referral pointwithin the Branch.
- Ensure that you remaincompliant in everything that you do; including but not limited totreating customers fairly contract certainty & vulnerablecustomers.
- Competentin windowsbased programmes; word excel outlook andinternet.
