    Description
    Marketing Manager

    Are you a marketing manager, with exceptional stakeholder and project management experience? Do you have a track record working within the Insurance/ or financial services industry? Aon are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join our team in London.

    This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually at home and from the office.

    With offices across the UK, we are flexible and would be happy to consider candidates based in either our London office, or another office in the Southeast, England.

    Working within the Growth marketing team and based within agreed offices, the role encompasses general marketing and proposition development skills.

    Working with the leadership team, plan and deliver effective integrated marketing strategies to achieve client acquisition and retention objectives.

    Establish content marketing strategies with the CoE team and tactics including digital, to attract, acquire and engage future clients.

    Create compelling and targeted collateral, in line with core propositions and tailored to the target audience, for PR, digital media and marketing campaigns.

    Manage virtual teams of both internal colleagues and agencies to deliver multifaceted marketing campaigns
    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within the Marketing division of Aon. Leading projects from the very start right through to completion.
    Insurance or Financial Services experience desirable
    Creative and innovative, with the ability to articulate and implement your ideas.
    Strong project management and organisational skills.
