    Description
    Exciting opportunity has arisen for an eFX Liquidity Manager with SGX CurrencyNode in London.

    The Liquidity Manager will be working with Sales and supporting the Head of eFX Liquidity in building a profitable client orientated Global FX Franchise.

    Particular focus will be on developing strong liquidity relationships and optimising for high-volume FX flow, increasing market share and profitability.


    Key Activities:


    Monitor developments of flow and risk in the SGX OTC ECN Venue in London and Singapore during LDN and NY Time Zone.

    Monitor and ensure efficient flow matching in London and Singapore instances on a micro level. Market Surveillance, Risk Monitoring at Central Prime Brokers and participants levels. Work with Project, Product, Integration and Development teams to deliver continuous performance improvement.

    Maintain contacts and relationship building within the local FX industry to evolve with the industry developments and increase platform adoption.


    Key Competencies:
    2+ years of trading / front office eFX experience and strong interest in financial markets. Ability to apply systematic techniques to identify quality client flow, improve volume and optimise fill ratios.
    Knowledge of how FX Market Makers provide liquidity and the techniques used for successful market making.

    Strong track record of Client engagement and an excellent ability to communicate with Liquidity Providers, Clients, Sales and SGX Stakeholders.

    Understanding of FX and FIC product areas, mainly :

    FX (Foreign Exchange), with focus on Spot, Metals, Forwards, NDFs and FX SwapsUnderstanding of how the markets operate and factors that control liquidity and volatility.

    Understanding of different roles in the FX market e.g. prime brokers, real money, banks, execution brokers, liquidity providers etc.
    Knowledge of all products, GUI / API workflows and local treatment in the G20 and NDF currencies.

    Knowledge on all kind of aspects in relation to Pricing, Risk Management, Order management, trade work flow management and STP processes, Settlement, Flow Analytics.

    Knowledge of the IT-aspects of electronic trading is required & ability to transfer business knowledge into Product, Project Managers and Developers.

    Knowledge of the structure of FX markets and trading venues.


    Profile:
    University degree or similar, numerate subjects preferred.
    Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques, python an asset.
    Collaborative attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
    Understanding of modern electronic trading systems and related technologies.
    Understanding of FX market , FX Market order types and FX market microstructures.
