You will be joining the Learning and Development Team who have a focus on creating, embedding and delivering our firms learning and development strategy.
Creating learning and development opportunities from early careers to senior leadership and embedding differentiated and flexible learning opportunities for our colleagues at all stages of their journey with our firm.
The Early Careers Coordinator will coordinate our early careers programmes, including trainees and apprenticeships across our firm, supporting our colleagues throughout their early careers journey.
You will support early careers recruitment by coordinating attraction and selection processes, acting as a first point of contact for any potential applicants, whilst being an ambassador for the firm.
What we are looking forWe are looking for a candidate with some previous experiencewithin early careers, ideally within a law firm/professional service (although not essential) along with a passion for and demonstrable experience in an early careers assistant role and is looking for the next step in their career.
The right candidate will be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, offer credible advice and have a professional 'can do' attitude, with the ability to champion equality, diversity and inclusion as a core value of the business, influencing early careers opportunities with best practice and strategy.
