    Job Description

    Lakridsby Blow was founded in 2007 on the Danish Island of Bornholm and isrecognised as being the absolute category leader within gourmetliquorice.

    Through enchanting taste experiencesand combinations Lakrids by Blow has a vision to make theworld love liquorice.

    We operate 33retail shops in Denmark Sweden Norway Finland Germany and TheUnited Arab Emirates and we will be opening our 3rd store in Londonthis Spring.

    We are searching for h2 salesprofiles for our new store in London.

    The rightcandidates needs to be a team players with a good understanding ofa team environment.

    The profiles must beoutgoing ambitious and flexible.

    Knowledge aboutthe industry is not mandatory. We will make sure youll get a solidonboarding.

    The positions avaliable are between840 hours weekly and the Sales Advisors will report directly to theStore Manager.

    Keyresponsibilities

    • Welcoming customersand providing excellent.
    • Supporting the storeteam with daily tasks and working towards daily KPItargets.
    • Promoting our customer database todrive community signups.
    • Maintaining theappearance of the store as per VMguidelines.
    • Proactively running tastingsessions and product demonstrations.
    • Providinggift solutions; showcasing our variety of gifting options andmaking recommendations based on budget andoccasion.
    • Showcasing your product and companyknowledge. You will learn all about our range of products includinghow we source craft and manufacture our products any allergens andour commitment to sustainability andethics.

    Requirements

    Professionalqualifications

    • Minimum one year ofretail experience.
    • Sales driven motivated byresults and always working as part of ateam.
    • Excellent communications skills both withstaff and customers.
    • A positive mindset wheregood service comes naturally.We can offer a job in a young growingcompany and we like to have fun atwork.

    You willhave a lot of responsibility on site but also have good supportfrom our Store Manager and our DanishHeadquarters.

    If you have the drive and passionthat we are looking for then we will teach you all you need to knowabout gourmet liquorice.
