    • YouTube BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTMANAGER Arrow''s Enterprise Computing Solutions is lookingfor a Business Development Manager.
    In this position, you will beresponsible for the management of the current client accounts as wellas the new business development. Your role will involve continuousrelationship development between the business area, regional teams,and the vendors to ensure trust and support of business objectives.
    You will report to the Business Development Director and be a part ofa fun, diverse team.

    What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?nYouwill be responsible for working with Arrow Account Management teams toidentify the key reseller partners with good potential to developsales of the vendor''s products and services.nWorking with thesepartners to ensure they have all the tools necessary to realize theirsales potential.nExecute successful business plans with channelpartners.nBuild and maintain strong relationships within the vendorand within the channel customer base.nIdentify new partners and engageand enable accordingly to drive incremental sales.nInitiate and drivemarketing campaigns for the partners to find new leads.nRegular andaccurate forecasting of opportunities, providing intel for both short-and long-term deals.nMaximize margin opportunity by focusing onpartners and targets where margin potential is greater.nEnablepartners by providing regular sales training either face to face orvia webinar and facilitating the delivery of technical training.nGaina high-level profile and trust within the partner base to ensure Arroware brought in on larger projects.nStrong focus on distributionmanaged partners and work closely with the vendor to develop thoseaccounts.

    What are we looking for?nThe successful candidatewill be a professional salesperson who can demonstrate an establishedcareer of achievement within an IT sales environment including theability to sell sometimes complex solutions to both technical andnon-technical audiences.nSelf-motivated with a hardworking andproactive approachnNatural propensity to adopt a structured approachi.e.
