    Description

    Job Title: Materials Handling Sales RepresentativeArea – North West, Home BasedSalary – 35-45k, plus bonus (25-50k) and carJob Summary: The Materials Handling Sales Representative is responsible for selling the company's comprehensive line of material handling equipment and solutions. This role requires developing new business opportunities as well as managing and growing an existing book of client accounts.Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota targets for assigned territory/accounts.
    • Identify and develop new sales leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows, etc.
    • Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospects to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Prepare compelling product presentations, proposals, and sales quotations.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions for complex sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (applications, engineering, service) as needed to support the sales process.
    • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's material handling products and industry trends.
    • Provide exceptional service to manage and grow an assigned base of existing client accounts.
    • Accurately forecast and report on pipeline opportunities and sales activities
    • May require up to 50% travel within an assigned regional territory.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Solution selling sales approach.
    • Experience – materials handling / capital equipment / automation or similar engineering environment would be an advantage
    • 3+ years of successful B2B equipment/solutions sales experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing/engineering environments
    • Proven skills in consultative selling, needs discovery, ROI selling, and solution development
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
    • Self-motivated with the drive to achieve sales targets and hit revenue goals
