- Deliver sales and growth with a focus on commercial businesses
- Demonstrate excellent client retention skills and deliver on this
- Cover a large region utilising your diary management skills to ensure you maximise your client reach
- Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
- Experience in generating new business from pipeline data
- Experience within the Transport, Logistics and Haulage sector
- Demonstrate a strong skillset in retaining a current book of clients
- Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
- Resilient with previous client facing sales experience to ensure the best solution is delivered to our clients
- Experience within the Transport, Logistics and Haulage sector
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
- Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
- Previous insurance experience whether that be in a sales focused role or looking to move into a new role with whilst holding a previous insurance background

This is the perfect role for an individual with a client facing sales background with ambitions to join and flourish at a market leading insurance broker whether they are from a sales role or looking to take the next step into an Account Executive role in their career.
The successful individual will have the opportunity to work within an experienced and growing team within Shrewsbury with the backing of a global broker to support and enhance professional development aspirations.
