    Embark on a new venture as Enterprise Sales Director at the
    vanguard of the revolution of cloud contact center and emerging technologies.

    You'll helm the UK Enterprise Sales team, pioneering our best-in-class, unified platform solutions across Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). Your strategic vision will unleash the potential of Video and CPaaS solutions, revolutionizing customer engagement through AI and data analytics, spotlighted by Gartner Magic Quadrants.

    Define Sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to execute against set goals and quotas Be the mentor who brings MEDDIC to life, inspiring channel parters to work with 8x8's overlay and direct teams to jointly foster success, continuously sharpening the acumen of your team with ongoing coaching sessions, turning strategy into rhythmic execution.
    Cultivate a 'Customer-First' culture, ensuring every strategy resonates with the client's voice, securing loyalty and fostering growth.
    Navigate the transition from traditional contact center solutions to a broad spectrum of services and software, leveraging AI technologies to redefine industry standards and customer experience.
    Conduct weekly forecast meetings and consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and tracking the results Skills & Experience
    · Background in SaaS, Enterprise Software and Communications Sales preferably with experience in Contact Center
    · Extensive track record of new business sales supported by strong presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level within the UK market
    · Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team
    · Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas
    · Experience working with and developing Channel relationships
    · Understanding of multiple Sales Methodologies particularly relevant to today's Enterprise SaaS and Cloud Communications industry
    · Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with Sales Operations
    · Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships
    · Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
