- To support the Product EHS Director in the preparation of the annual sustainabilty report, GRI reporting and EcoVadis submissions obtaining information from across the business to include in sustainabilty reporting and submissions.
- To respond to all customer regulatory and sustainabilty enquiries relating to all Venator products.
- Responsible for addressing issues escalated concerning Product Safety communication, classification and regulatory compliance. To carry out in depth impact analysis. To communicate impacts to relevant business departments and functions and recommend appropriate preventive or corrective actions.
- To develop and maintain product safety communications processes and procedures, in particular for Safety Data Sheets (incl extended), Food Contact Statements, Classification and Labelling, and commercial product introduction.
- Support first point of contact with all businesses commercial and product management departments to initiate processes for commercial product introduction, commercial product extension and market extension.
- Supporting the toxicological review, toxicology programs and assessment of company substances in order to fulfill global compliance with chemical legislation
- Understand data entry in SAP EHS and equivalent product data systems.
- Graduate Chemist, Scientist or Environmentalist
- Some PEHS industry experience essential
- Sound knowledge of communications systems and other relevant IT tools
