Description
Position Summary:
The Digital Product Analyst bridges the gap between the Digital Product Manager (DPM), business stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable user stories to match the final software product with the expected business value. This role will support the Technology Solutions team in collecting and documenting end-user business needs and helping to shepherd the development of enhancements and new features through the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Principal Responsibilities:
·Work with both technical and non-technical teams to define business requirements and desired system behavior in detail, for enhancements and defect remediation, considering edge cases.
·Translate business requirements into a production strategy with detailed acceptance criteria.
·Support the ADPM/DPM through deep-dive analysis and problem-solving. Assist with decision justification by ensuring ideas align with product objectives.
·Create artifacts (e.g. process flows, screen mocks, etc.) as needed to clearly depict expected processes and system functions.
·Create, update, and maintain user stories and bug tickets in Azure DevOps to document requirements and acceptance criteria as well as cross-discipline communication.
·Coordinate findings of QA testing with development team to refine code and functionality to meet the stated acceptance criteria.
Manage intake triage process for new requests coming to the team.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree preferred.
