    About the role

    Embark on a rewarding journey as the Regional Reward Manager with Reckitt. Craft the blueprint for comprehensive reward programmes across a vast market or a set of markets, nurturing an environment where excellence is recognised and rewarded. You'll ensure our policies not only reflect our dynamic culture but also support our people in achieving their best. With your guidance, Reckitt will continue to be a place where everyone feels valued and motivated to excel.

    Your responsibilities

    In summary, you'll:
    - Serve as a trusted advisor on reward matters, guiding HR Directors, Finance, Payroll and Line Managers.
    - Collaborate with the Reward Team to design and implement global reward programmes, ensuring alignment with Reckitt's philosophy and approach.
    - Analyse market data to maintain competitive compensation, spearheading incentive and benefit schemes.
    - Oversee principles for internal pay banding, ensuring fairness and clarity.
    - Manage ad-hoc reward projects, championing initiatives like gender pay analysis and reward communication strategies.
    - Explore best practices to cultivate innovative reward solutions that align with future development.

    The experience we're looking for

    A robust background in Reward within a vibrant, fast-paced setting.
    - Expertise in managing multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence, even when details are fluid.
    - Proficient in data analysis, delivering insights that drive impactful decisions.
    - Strong communication abilities, fostering excellent relationships across diverse groups.
    - Adept in strategic planning with a practical, analytic mindset focused on results.
    - Experience with total reward and change management, equipped with commercial savvy and a knack for compelling storytelling.
