    Customer Success Co-ordinator

    • Full-time permanent position
    • Salary: up to £29,800 per year, plus a company car allowance
    • Work schedule: 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

    We pride ourselves on being the leading provider of repairs, maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. At Mears, we offer tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services in collaboration with over 70 local authorities, Arm's Length Management Organisations, and Housing Associations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer feedback and insights on the contract, including complaint resolution
    • Coordinate all social value activities
    • Act as a contract champion
    • Represent the Customer at contract meetings
    • Review contract performance and ensure KPIs are met
    • Deliver training across the contract
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community
    • Support local bid and mobilisation opportunities
    • Conduct Group Customer induction
    • Ensure adherence to customer-related policies and procedures
    • Participate in Customer Success team meetings

    Requirements:

    • Full UK Driving licence
    • Experience in social housing (preferred)
