    Please note - this role is 5 days on-site in a Central London office Are you deeply passionate about all things influencer & talent management? Do you excel in forging strong relationships and negotiating deals for your talent? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for youOur client, a leading boutique talent agency, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced talent agent to manage a roster of macro & micro creators ResponsibilitiesStrategically overseeing talent management, including formulating and executing strategic plans, identifying and securing new avenues for talent, and nurturing client relationshipsDiary management Securing and negotiating fruitful brand partnerships that align with the talents' personal interests and career objectivesTarget and sign new talent for your rosterExplore wider avenues for talent - including broadcast, podcasts, literary and IPKey RequirementsA minimum of 3 years' experience in talent management, preferably within the digital/influencer domainProven expeOutstanding communication and organizational skillsSUMO is an equal opportunities employer, fostering an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates, irrespective of race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or gender.
