The Head of Programmatic will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sophisticated programmatic strategies, optimising campaign performance, and mentoring junior team members.
Lead the development and execution of programmatic advertising strategies across multiple channels, including display, video, mobile, and native.Oversee campaign setup, including audience segmentation, targeting, and bid strategy implementation.
DSPs, DMPs) to execute campaigns and maximise performance.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time and proactively optimise to meet client KPIs and objectives.
Conduct A/B testing and audience analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and campaign enhancement.
Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, campaign management, and professional development.
6+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying.
~ Proven expertise in programmatic buying platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar DSPs.
~ Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
~ Experience with ad verification and brand safety tools is desirable.
