    Senior Staff Nurse - Orthopaedic Ward Private Hospital in London | Tier 2 Sponsorship Available Are you an experienced Senior Staff Nurse with a passion for orthopaedic care? Our prestigious private hospital in London is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Ward team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Orthopaedic Ward, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments as required.
    • Accurately document patient information, including observations, interventions, and outcomes.
    • Mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering a positive learning environment.
    Requirements:
    • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (RN).
    • Must have experience as a Staff Nurse in an orthopaedic setting.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of orthopaedic care, including pre- and post-operative care, fracture management, and mobility assistance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
    • Fluency in English, as evidenced by passing the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall score that meets the NMC criteria.
    • Completion of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for nurses.
    • Hold an NMC decision letter
    • Must not be a resident of a red list country.
