    Closing Date: 5pm, Friday 10th May Encore Lifestyle is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we're seeking a dynamic PA/Office Manager to join our team.

    This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support to our CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

    Key Responsibilities Diary Management:
    Efficiently managing the CEO's diary, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring optimal time management

    Administrative Support:
    Handling administrative tasks with a high level of proficiency, including document preparation, managing correspondence, and maintaining records

    Supplier Relations:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies

    Office Management:
    Overseeing the daily operations of the office, identifying and implementing efficient processes and systems to enhance productivity

    Team Support:
    Acting as a central point of contact for the team, assisting with enquiries, and fostering a collaborative office culture


    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Experience:
    Some previous experience as a PA handling email and diary management along with experience of luxury brands. A background in managing office environments is highly desirable.


    Skills:
    Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be a plus.


    Personal Qualities:
    Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial.

    A genuine enthusiasm for creating efficient, organised work environments and a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
