    M&A Advisory Partner - Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)

    Company Overview:

    As they continue to expand, they're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the development of their private M&A advisory practice.

    Drive the growth of their private M&A advisory practice by leveraging your extensive network of contacts within private equity (PE) firms, venture capital (VC) businesses, and corporate finance houses.

    Conduct financial due diligence, assess deal structures, and facilitate negotiations to achieve successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
    # Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide guidance on complex transactions, share industry insights, and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
    # Collaborate on client engagements, leverage complementary expertise, and explore opportunities for cross-selling TAS and tax advisory services.

    Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in private M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in originating and executing transactions.

    Strong network of contacts within the private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance communities, with the ability to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

    Deep understanding of financial analysis, deal structuring, and transaction execution, with the ability to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients throughout the M&A lifecycle.

    Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members, foster a collaborative team environment, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
