    Description


    A global reaching Engineering company that operate in the Aerospace arena continues to expand are looking to recruit a number of Project Managers / Programme Managers both at a mid and Senior level.

    This is an excellent opportunity to play a key part in delivering technically challenging, high risk projects and strategic programmes within complex Mechanical / Electronic Engineering.

    Working for a client with a high engagement rate, you will benefit from the opportunity to develop and progress your career with a mapped out Career Programme whilst benefitting from a hybrid working model and a highly motivated colleagues working on exciting and cutting edgeprogrammes.

    Utilising your blend of technical engineering knowledge combined with project management processes and procedures its an exciting blend for professional growth.

    These role would suit someone with a Project / Programme Management background or a Product Engineer / Manager coming from a complex Engineering background within Mechanical / Electronic and ideally with experience in the Aerospace / Defence / Automotive / Nuclear / Rail etc industries.


    Your Main duties:
    Full lifecycle Project Management (Including Commercial Negotiations)Assist in the delivery of Bids and ProposalsCost ManagementPartnering with international customers and internal stakeholdersPlan and schedule project timelinesImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsManaging / mentoring members of the Programme team

    You Must Have:


    A degree in an engineering - mechanical, aerospace or scientific subjectGood project management, process and methodology skillsExperience within Mechanical or Electronic products.

    Worked in an engineering environment such as Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Medical Device etcStrong planning and organisation skills and a high level of attention to detailGood communication skills, and ability to build relationships with customers and suppliersThe ideal candidates will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

    They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
