    TheRole

    Your role will involvecollaborating with the Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Team toensure sales orders are delivered on time monitor forwarderperformance and facilitate the successful delivery of monthly salestargets. Youll also partner with our UK 3PL to maintain visibilityon export order progress ensuring deviations from plans areaddressedpromptly.


    Inthis role youll getto:

    • Act as a keyliaison point between Sales Administrators Operations and Logisticsaddressing queries and ensuring smoothcoordination.
    • Attend weekly meetings to provideupdates on live orders and maintain accurate records of key datesand orders at risk.
    • Organize transportationactivities for global distribution including customer returns andensure all documentation is in order for customsprocedures.
    • Provide analytical support measurefreight forwarder performance and assist in costreporting.
    • Support in onboarding new customersfreight forwarders and transportationpartners.
    • Key purchase orders and providegeneral administrative support asneeded.

    Whatwe are looking for inyou:

    • Combined businessexperience in Operations Transport Supply Chain Export orAdministration.
    • Previous experience inlogistics administration export coordination or similar roles witha strong understanding of global order fulfilmentcycles.
    • Experience in defining and documentingprocesses challenging existing workflows whilst consideringinterdepartmental dependencies.
    • Familiaritywith incoterms and Chamber of Commerce documentation ispreferred.
    • Strong ERP knowledge preferablyMicrosoft Dynamics Navision and proficiency in MS Officesuite.
    • Excellent communication time managementand prioritizationskills.
