- Receiving goods in at TCX, maintaining accurate records, running reports and supporting the related administrative processes and the prototype builds, while following established policies and procedures.
- Moving items between our Oxfordshire sites (UHQ, TCX, Culham).
- Organising and tracking returns and keeping our stock system up to date and doing monthly stock checks
- Leading a stock review reorganisation process and supporting the implementation of a new stock system
- Assisting with placing and tracking orders and with shipping and customs clearance procedures
- Procurement and stock control experience, ideally within manufacturing, vehicle, or mechanical field
- Warehousing background
- Experience or understanding of the intake-to-procure process
- Experience in goods in/good out, and understanding of the whole process
- Proficient in Excel and databases
- An understanding of a scale-up environment and ideally of a manufacturing environment Or fast passed, growing organisation
- Numeracy and an interest in tech products
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Change-positive attitude
- Full UK Driving License is required
- Experience of international shipping and knowledge of customs rules and procedures
- Start up experience
- Experience in AV products or Motor vehicle organisation
