    We are a startup founded in 2021 inCologne Germany our team consists of 30 smart and hungry membersworking on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing& Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech& Product Team).

    • Establish and manage a contentcalendar to ensure a steady and engaging onlinepresence
    • Manage Prematchs social mediaplatforms to ensure active and responsiveprofiles
    • Regularly monitor channels formentions comments and industry trends
    • Briefcreatives to maintain a consistent tone of voice for themarket
    • Lead initiatives aimed at boosting userengagement increasing app downloads and enhancing brandvisibility
    • Forge strategic partnerships withinfluencers and creators within the Prematchcommunity
    • Track data and analyse theperformance of social mediacampaigns

    Yourmission

    • Leverage your experienceacross key social platforms in the UK to drive impactful paid andorganic campaigns
    • Stay tuned to our channelsengaging with mentions comments and industrytrends
    • Finetune our presence in the App Storesto amplify visibility and stimulate organicdownloads
    • Create and distribute tailoredcontent for diverse audience segments incorporating local idiomsand language for resonance
    • Forge partnershipswith influencers and creators within the Prematch ecosystemleveraging collaborations to expand our reach and enhance brandcredibility
    • Produce captivating video contentoptimised for social media platforms to engage and inspire ouraudience

    What do youneed

    • You hold a degree in MarketingCommunication or similar studies/ training
    • Youbring experience in managing social platforms including marketsegmentation content strategy development execution monitoring andbudgeting
    • You hold deep insights intograssroots football community.
    • You understandpaid acquisition funnels
    • Youve successfullydriven both organic and paid campaigns.
    • Youspeak fluent English
    • Experience with Social AdsManager platforms (e.g. TikTok Meta platforms others to bedetermined)
