    Description
    We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team in the City of London for our new restaurant, The Cardinal. Reporting to the General Manager - Restaurant, the ideal candidate will be responsible to supervise the team whilst maintaining the courteous and efficient service of Food and Beverage to guests in accordance with prescribed hotel policies and procedures.

    Destined to be a gathering place for neighbourhood locals, tourists, foodies and revel rousers, The Cardinal will evoke a spirit of comfort and camaraderie. The service will be informal, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable.
    This is a full-time position and is based on-site at the hotel.
    Position: Restaurant Floor Manager
    As Restaurant Floor Manager, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager and the Restaurant Manager in the daily running of the Restaurant in the most efficient and effective manner. You will also have fully responsibility of the smooth running of the daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

    • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Senior Waiter/ess
    • Excellent English
