As the Hub Sales Manager, you will be responsible for your team working closely with customers, increasing sales, and overall profitability while supporting our customers every step of the way. You'll work with your sales team to drive performance and promote a coaching culture in their teams. You will work directly with the Hub Manager and Senior Management team to achieve strategy and goals that encompass the full range of PlaceMakers products and customer segments.
Responsibilities:
A proven track record in successful business development and sales management, including function leadership and sales budget control. Exceptionally high standard of relationship building, communication, and people skills. Collaborative and people orientated, highly skilled at partnering with organisational functions to achieve outcomes. Action-orientation to deliver on business development strategies and plans. Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy. High level of financial and business acumen. Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
