    Description

    As the Hub Sales Manager, you will be responsible for your team working closely with customers, increasing sales, and overall profitability while supporting our customers every step of the way. You'll work with your sales team to drive performance and promote a coaching culture in their teams. You will work directly with the Hub Manager and Senior Management team to achieve strategy and goals that encompass the full range of PlaceMakers products and customer segments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing a high performing sales team to continue to drive sales
    • Provide technical assistance and senior sales support to the branch network to maximise our business opportunities with customers.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, to support our customers with their projects, and to achieve regional sales targets.
    • Oversee large sales-related projects to assist sales teams in achieving goals.
    • Performance planning and coaching to maximise capability within the team.
    • Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    About you:

    A proven track record in successful business development and sales management, including function leadership and sales budget control. Exceptionally high standard of relationship building, communication, and people skills. Collaborative and people orientated, highly skilled at partnering with organisational functions to achieve outcomes. Action-orientation to deliver on business development strategies and plans. Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy. High level of financial and business acumen. Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
