- Identify sales opportunities.
- Create account plan and territory sales plan.
- Qualify a sales opportunity efficiently and provide an accurate forecast.
- Account Management
- Create and execute account plan.
- Create good relationship with multiple contacts within the customer's organisation as their account manager.
- Create contract agreement and negotiate the terms and conditions.
- Manage post sale customer relationship and to ensure to keep customer satisfaction level.
- Manage the customer complaints and escalation process.
- Maintain revenue and gross profit target monthly base and commit to quarterly and annual sales goal.
- Join and contribute to various of social activities and events to develop and keep networking in the industries.
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Japanese
- Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
