    We are on the search for a Dynamic Branch Manager at our Kilburn Branch.

    Who we are:
    We are a leading Builders Merchant supplying Building and Plumbing products since 1976. Over the last 45 years MP Moran have gained the reputation of quality and reliability in all our Branches. For this reason, we pride ourselves on our experienced staff and wide variety of products to offer to our customers.

    MP Moran is a family run builder's merchant located in London and Hertfordshire. As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we are looking for an experienced, senior manager to oversee our branch in Kilburn.

    We are seeking a dynamic strategic thinker to lead the Kilburn branch. At the heart of our operations, this role requires exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in team management, and a deep understanding of the builders' merchant industry.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Lead and motivate a dedicated team, driving a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
    • Ensuring excellent health & safety standards.
    • Leading and driving a high-performance culture.
    • Leading positive change.
    • Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to ensure product availability.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a leadership role within the builders' merchant industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction materials and industry trends.
    • Ability to manage projects through to successful implementation.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
