- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand positioning.
- Create and oversee the execution of a content strategy that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage a team of four professionals: a content writer, a social media manager, and a designer.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the team.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Plan for and facilitate the growth of the team as the company expands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the brand strategy and effectively communicate the brand message.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of brand and content strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand and content initiatives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Manage brand assets, including logos, visuals, and messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management and content strategy, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and SEO best practices.
