    JCB Service is the global hub for technical and spare parts support for the full range of JCB machines.

    The Commercial team within the Service organisation play a key role in the delivery of sales and profit growth in the highly competitive aftermarket sector.

    We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join the team to focus on a variety of commercial and pricing initiatives to help us to grow our business.

    This role will cover both day-to-day commercial operations supports, working with the sales team in delivering tactical growth actions and support of strategic projects to deliver growth of revenue and profit through targeted actions.

    Engage with the global sales team and dealer network on market feedback and implement appropriate actions.


    • Identify commercial risks and opportunities in current pricing and propose appropriate actions and continuous process improvement.
    • Supporting strategic projects through analysis and implementation.
    Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & SAP.


    • Experience/knowledge of commercial or financial business principles with a good understanding of financial terminology.
