Do you have experience of working with people in a care, healthcare or clinical setting?

Can you use your excellent communication skills to educate, influence and motivate others?
No two days will be the same, you will be supporting a wide range of people in hospital settings on their journey to stopping smoking and enjoying better health.
Working alongside clinical teams, you might be working with individuals who have complex healthcare conditions, and you will be delivering a programme of smoking cessation support which will start in hospital and follow on into the community after discharge.
You will manage relationships with other healthcare professionals and also provide training and support to other members of staff, as well as being involved in promotional healthcare events, and be part of reviewing and improving services.

You will be working in a specialist team that offer innovative, effective solutions across many areas of public health.Their work is crucial in addressing health inequalities within the community, and they have a superb track record of working with vulnerable groups who may sometimes struggle to access good quality healthcare.
You will be given a personalised development plan which will include targeted, specific training in order to be the very best and most effective in your role.
