    PHD Global are looking for a Media Operations Director to lead a diverse, high performing team to deliver on key operational deliverables for its client, Diageo, in Europe. The role provides our client with clean performance data, clear ad operations & buying processes, and the best use of our planning tech, maintaining Diageo's high brand reputational standards and sound financial management.

    Working closely with the Associate Director, you will collaborate with the various central and local market teams to deliver the Ops scope, input into the business's vision and drive capability building. This role will be client facing and plugged into a global PHD operations team, who are looking to propel Diageo into a new era of digital capability and possibility.

    This role will be highly collaborative, working closely with our:

    • Digital Activation lead and their associates
    • Elevate Digital team
    • Local PHD Network and their offline activation teams
    • Global Media Operations team vision & requirements
    • Diageo-Approved media & data partners
    • Measurement partners
