    As we drive our Society wide transformation and invest in our people strategy, we have a brand-new role available for a Talent Development Partner to support how we develop our colleagues and become famous for our culture of learning and development.

This is an important role responsible for developing teams of exceptional talent to drive forward our exciting and ambitious organisational purpose.

    Delivering exceptional people experiences is in our DNA and is at the heart of our talent development strategy; from skills development, colleague engagement through to inducting our amazing new colleagues into the Society, you'll play a critical role in that journey.

    You will be motivated by owning the end-to-end development process from research and design to implementation and delivery. This role suits a confident facilitator, communicator and self-starter. In return, you'll join a small, talented and ambitious development team with an exciting portfolio of development initiatives which will support our business to thrive.

    Here's a taste of what you'll be doing as a Talent Development Partner at The Nottingham: –

    ·Support embedding the Talent Strategy across the organisation and play a key role in communication and engagement with our People leaders.

    ·Support Leadership Development and Succession Planning, to ensure strong leadership pipelines and Executive and Critical Role succession.

    ·Manage external partner relationships for the Skills Academy, support content design and delivery ensuring future skills alignment.

    ·Design and deliver effective development, performance and engagement initiatives and programmes in line with our people and business strategy, through digital platforms and in classroom facilitation. You will have specific areas of focus and responsibility but will have the breadth in this role to support across all areas of development.

    ·Manage the performance management cycle and process, including content design, communication, engagement, calibration and reporting / MI.

    ·Facilitate and manage our engagement survey process via our external provider, ensuring ExCo alignment, exceptional communication and driving actionable insights via data. You will manage the partnership with our provider, working closely to drive great outcomes to improve our engagement and culture.

    ·Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver an Early Careers Programme / Framework that supports our ED&I agenda, development of talent and future skills talent pipelining.

    ·Contribute to our culture of learning and skill development within the team and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Talent Development.

    About you: –

    ·Highly collaborative and curious with a confident communication and delivery style.

    ·Experience within a similar Talent Development role with transferable design and delivery skills.

    ·Flexible and adaptable with the ability to coach and influence at all levels to drive and implement change.

    ·Experience analysing and interpreting management information to diagnose business/ organisation issues and areas for improvement, including ROI of delivered interventions.
