    Description
    Assist the CWPS senior management team in the development and implementation of Health and Safety strategy.
    # Develop and maintain good relationships with others external to CWPS who have responsibility for Health and Safety. This is to include Trust Health and Safety representatives, estates departments/PFI providers and Occupational Health.
    # Perform trend analysis on safety incident reports using the Datix system and implement solutions to continuously improve safety performance.
    # Design and schedule a programme of Health and Safety audit. Oversee compliance to the programme across the CWPS network and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address findings raised.
    # Work with the Occupational Health department in supporting managers dealing with incidents affecting staff health or wellbeing.
    # Support Department and Section Managers in the delivery of Health and Safety induction, refresher and specialist training. Perform regular audit of this training to ensure appropriate delivery is embedded across the CWPS networ

    Qualification /Training
