    Description

    Natterbox Ltd, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Alliances Manager to join our dynamic team.

    At Natterbox, we enable organisations to deliver exceptional customer service by integrating voice into their digital customer communications.

    With almost 600 global organisations relying on our services, we are setting new standards in customer experience and driving measurable increases in sales efficiency, competitive advantage, and organisational success.

    There will be a key focus on our Strategic technology partner Salesforce and the Ecosystem that surrounds it.

    Success in this role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the mutual go to market opportunities for our partners.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic alliance partners, with a key focus on Salesforce and other technology partners in the Salesforce Ecosystem.

    Organise and execute, brand awareness and pipeline generating events
    Track and analyse partnership performance, evaluating key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.

    Drive partner enablement activities, including training sessions and resource support, to ensure partners are equipped to promote and sell Natterbox's solutions effectively.

    3-5 years Software Sales Experience
    ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    ~ Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships in the telecommunications or technology industry.
    ~ Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable.
    ~25 days holiday increasng to 30 days after 2 years
