    The Regulatory control team was formed in September 2015 to bring together the various operational functions performing regulatory related activities.

    The team members are encouraged to challenge processes and to work in partnership with other functions to enable the delivery of regulatory reporting within the required timeframe.

    To support the daily transaction monitoring and for all regimes that MUFG Securities EMEA, MUFG Securities (Europe), MUFG Bank Ltd London/Paris & MUFG Bank (Europe) has reporting obligations to.

    Daily Monitoring of Transaction Reporting flows across multiple regimes (MiFID II / EMIR / CFTC/ SBSD/ CSA /HKMA/ ASIC / Front Office supervision)
    Reconciliations between source systems and TR / ARM
    Reporting of potential regulatory breeches
    Actively in Engage in Regulatory Reporting Projects and remediation plans
    Perform control functions and support the supply of Management information for formal committees
    Ensure completion of daily controls to minimize Operation Risk

    WORK EXPERIENCE
    Proficient with core Microsoft desktop software
    EMIR Portfolio Reconciliation experience
    MUREX user experience
    Reconciliation knowledge
    Proficient with core Microsoft desktop software
    A creative and innovative approach to work
    Excellent Microsoft Office skills
