    Description

    I have partnered exclusively with a UK Prop Co to make a senior level hire in their Property Management department.

    This is a Head of Property Management position overseeing the management of both the Commercial and an involvement in the Residential portfolio.

    The commercial portfolio comprises of prime multi let offices scaling from 20,000 to 50,000 sq ft, all located within zones 1 & 2.

    The residential arm of the business a BTR co living platform currently stands at two large assets both located within zone 2 & 3.

    This is a new appointment within the business and comes due to plans to invest aggressively over the next few years creating a need for an additional senior layer within the business.

    You will report directly into the two Directors/Owners and have two Property Managers report into yourself.

    MRCIS is preferable and a strong track record working within Commercial Property Management is essential.

    My client is looking to pay up to £80,000 plus annual bonus and additional benefits.
