- Identify and develop opportunities within ecommerce and cross border logistics
- Social Media engagement to build awareness

- Negotiate on terms and conditions with new and existing customers
- Working closely with the GM and support in building case studies, decks and social posts/promotions
- Assist in educating the teams on Ecommerce and Sales

- 2 + years of experience in business development in Courier / ECommerce and Exports International Sectors
- Great communicator
- Extensive knowledge of selling techniques and experience in long sales cycles
- Responsible for your own work load
- Strong network of prospective ECommerce and Courier customer connections
- Strong experience in selling
- Cold calling and ability to close deals and follow leads

Description
Are you looking for a new permanent role in the logistics industry?
First Call Talent Solutions are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a well-established and international freight forward and air cargo company.
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Office and Field Based. You will spend a lot of time out visiting customers and securing new business.
Usual office hours of 9am-5pm, however you will need a degree of flexibility to meet business needs.
Salary: £35'000 upwards dependent on experience.
Benefits include: Strong Commission Structure, Car Allowance, Mileage Claims, Your Birthday off
