    The OpportunityAlpha are seeking ambitious individuals who are dedicated to changing their lives by working in a challenging but highly rewarding sales role.

    You will be part of a brand new sales engine, within a larger business that is constantly growing

    • You will be joining a team that is at the start of it's trajectory, an incredibly rare opportunity within a listed business.
    • Alpha are widely known for building high performing sales engines, you have the privilege of being at the start of something truly special.
    • Sales experience is not a prerequisite. If you are committed, ambitious and eager to take a step up, then we want to hear from you.
    The SpecificsBuilding, nurturing and optimising high-value client relationships is essential to the role. Creating genuine connections with many key contacts is pivotal to success.

    • Engaging and consulting with C-level executives of large businesses across a range of opportunities and sectors. Meetings, phone calls, organisation and all-round relationship management are key to your performance and role.
    • You will learn your clients' businesses in detail and work to explore and uncover key problems and challenges. That knowledge will dictate how you support them with Alpha's services.
    • You will work closely with Senior Partners and leaders within Alpha to ensure the right outcomes for your partnership portfolio.
    • You will take responsibility for increasing wallet share, buy-in and value of already high-value clients
