    The suitable candidate will be confident in supporting young people to access extra-curricular activities.

    You will use your analytical skills to review data and student feedback to identify any equity, diversity and inclusion themes which would benefit from bespoke initiatives, workshops and intervention to improve the student experience, retention and achievement.

    The ideal candidate will have experience of, or be interested in, youth work and behaviour management. The College
    London South East Colleges is asuccessful and innovative College operating with sites across Bromley, Bexley,Orpington, Greenwich and Lambeth.
