About the role Our Operational Resilience Team sits in our Global Entity Operations Department, working across departments, functions, products and regions to ensure our business is on a safe footing The Operational Resilience team gets involved in major events and initiatives to help keep things running smoothly.
We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence at Revolut An analytical mind to support the business in building resilient operations and preparing us for major change events.
Supporting our global entities with their local operational resilience requirementsDesigning, implementing, and testing contingency plans (including Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, Crisis Management Procedures, and Scenario playbooks)
Leading our group stress testing programme, designing complex failure scenarios and putting the business through its paces in simulations
Working closely with our Product and Data teams to build a world-class resiliency function
Using data and quantitative analysis to understand our business operations, and implement resiliency strategies
2-10 years of experience in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk Management or Management Consulting, preferably in financial services
~ Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
~ A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)
~ Basic SQL skills
