    Central London Work style: Onsite (5days in the office, during 3 month probation. Flexible after that 2x wfh 3xonsite)

    Salary:
    £35,000 – £40,000 gross per annum

    Company Details:

    This is an exciting opportunity for an inquisitive German speaking talentto join a growing high end Scandinavian furniture brand that suppliesretailers globally as well as having its own stores that sell direct to thepublic.

    The furniture is beautiful, functional and has clean lines in avery " Scandi" tradition and your role will be to look afterthe DACH customer service department.

    This is not a high pressure callcentre but a position in which you will take your time to look after thecustomer carefully and thoughtfully.


    About the role:

    To provide atop-quality, caring and attentive, customer focused service for customerswithin the DACH region and managing the overall German-speaking customerservice team.

    How your day-to-day looks like: Leading the DACH speakingteam under the Customer Service department Organizing work. Communicatinggoals. Connecting work to context. Delegating tasks. Leading by example.
    Allocating and managing resources. Problem solving. Managing projectprogress.

    B2B Customer Care Manage any escalation – Order managementand Customer Service Liaise with customers ( stores and retailers )regarding delivery time scales Deal with any issues or complaints in afriendly and helpful manner Help with any product information or technicalqueries regarding furniture items Keep the customer updated via email orover the phone as to order status Basic qualifications:
    Fluent German (native standard ideally )

    At least 3-5 years previous customer careexperience leading teams Good IT skills Strong soft skills Mechanical andtechnical ideation ( deep understanding of furniture parts or similar areaslike car/airplanes/printers/robotics ) Knowledge of SAP & Cloud forCustomer (C4C) system appreciated Excellent communication both written andoral with capacity to provide solution for furniture issues Ideally someonewith a degree in engineering or technical designTagged as:
