In thisrole youwill:

Skillfully managea cohesive team of accountants spread across Europe with the optionfor the role to be based in London .

Reporting tothe Group FC this pivotal role will oversee the daily accountingoperations of the Financial Control department within the Europeregion.

Keyelements to this role include but not limitedto:

• Responsible forproduction and interpretation of financial and managementaccounting reports including monthly P&L statements balancesheet evaluations and cash flow analysis for the Europe regionensuring accountability process efficiency and data analytics.
  
• Lead by example guiding thefinancial control teams across the European region to ensureunwavering compliance in all countries where Webbeds conducts itsoperations.
• Identify key drivers and reportKey Performance Indicators fostering a culture of continuousdevelopment and accountability.
• Promotecollaboration across different teams to create comprehensivebooking and sales tracking reports with a focus on validatingmargins and ensuring attention to detail.
• Maintain system of accounts and keep books andrecords on all transactions and assets displaying your attention todetail and commitment to accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain a robust accounts management systemto track transactions and assets.
• Oversee keyfinancial components including the general ledger accounts payableexpense reports billing payroll and fixed asset registers.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of partneragreements to ensure accurate accrual and ongoing monitoring ofcommissions and related expenses.
• Facilitateaccount reconciliation through meticulous data collection andanalysis.
• Engage in a collaborative andsupportive role with the FP&A team during the annual budgetingforecasting and projection process demonstrating consideration anda professional approach.
• Annually conductaudits with external agencies to ensure transparent reporting offinancial management documentation and reporting across all EUROPEregion entities demonstrating commitment to compliance and process.
• Manage Treasury Operations oversee cash booksmaintenance support the treasury team with banking and address FXrequirements.
• Implement effective transferpricing strategies for European entities.
• Takecharge of tax affairs including quarterly GST/VAT returnswithholding tax corporate tax and respond to tax authorities.
• Thoroughly review monthly and yearly financialclosures including corporate tax assessments.
• Exemplify accountability and guidance bymanaging overseeing and occasionally processing transactionsencompassing accounts payable revenue and expense fixed assets cashbank reconciliations and allocations.
• Providesupport and advice to the Europe Commercial Management teamdemonstrating your consideration for their needs and theorganizations success.
• Undertake adhocprojects and duties assigned embracing challengeoriented tasks andassuming the role of Europe lead for groupwide projects showcasingyour leadership and innovativeapproach.

Theskills we would love to see in yoursuitcase

• Bachelorsdegree in Accountancy Finance or an equivalent field.
  
• Professional qualifications such as CharteredAccountant CPA or ACCA.
• Preferred minimum of 5years relevant accounting experience (candidates with 2 to 3 yearsexperience in a Big 4 Audit Firm are at an advantage).
• Previous supervisory experience is aprerequisite.
• Demonstrated expertise infinancial management strategic analytical planning and execution.
• Proactive attitude positive work ethic and astrong sense of accountability.
• Effectivecommunication skills.
• A collaborative teamplayer with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills and abilityto work autonomously within tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to support variousregional locations.
• Fluent Englishcommunication skills both written andoral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications (Outlook Excel Word andPowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP is aplus.
