    Audit Senior
    OA is seeking a skilled Audit Senior to become an integral part of our client's thriving team.

    This opportunity involves joining a dynamic Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisers firm located in Watford, offering a stimulating work environment and ample growth potential.

    You will need to be ACA or ACCA, part qualified, with at least 1 year's audit experience from a UK Accountancy Firm.

    You will also need to have experience in leading audits, ideally focused on mid-corporates and Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).


    Hours:
    Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (hybrid following a successful probation/training period)


    Audit Senior - Benefits:
    Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 week's salary.

    Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme (Employer: 5%; Private Medical Insurance following completion of 3 months service (this is a taxable benefit).

    Annual Leave will be 23 days per annum (pro rata). 3 days are normally taken at Christmas/New Year.
    Audit Senior - Key Responsibilities:
    Leading audits / teams at client sites.
    Reviewing junior team member's work, highlighting key issues to Supervisor/Line Manager.
    To assist with the supervision and work-based training for other students, as required.
    Audit Senior - Types of organisations the Firm carries out audit and accounts work:
    Additional work with larger groups and those with overseas subsidiaries.
    UK subsidiaries of overseas parents.

    Specialist audits include:
    Pension Schemes, Charities and Not for Profit Organisations, Solicitors, and FCA regulated entities.
    Audit Senior - Skills and Experience:
    ACA or ACCA, part qualified, with at least 1 year's audit experience from a UK Accountancy Firm.
    The ability to work on their own initiative and be flexible.
