    Job Title: Women's Forensic Pathway Co-Lead

    Company: South London Mental Health and Community Partnership (SLP)

    Job Summary:

    • Seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in women's forensic services to jointly lead the Women's Forensic Pathway.
    • Develop and maintain high-quality services for service users in a complex, dynamic environment.

    Main Duties of the Job:

    • Report to the SLP Clinical Director, Forensics, and work with other pathway leads to align objectives.
    • Develop approaches and skills in provider and commissioner roles.
    • Support change and new frameworks for partnership working.

    Women's Pathway:

    The Women's Pathway supports patients with various mental disorders, focusing on collaboration, shared learning, and continuous improvements.

    Job Description:

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide clinical leadership for the Women's Pathway across the SLP.
    • Coordinate and chair clinical meetings to discuss new referrals and update on current referrals.
    • Ensure timely response to referrals and maintain pathway database.
    • Collaborate with other teams and attend relevant service development meetings.

    Person Specification:

    Qualifications

    • Full registration with the General Medical Council.
    • Evidence of specialist training or equivalent experience in leading services and managing change.

    Experience

    • Senior Clinical or Operational experience in rehabilitation services.
    • Experience with Forensic patients in crisis and service development.

    Knowledge

    • Understanding of clinical pathways and delivering clinical outcomes.
    • Knowledge of key performance indicators and stakeholder coordination.
    • Understanding the role of service users and their families in service development.

    Skills

    • Ability to lead change programs and deliver service improvements.
    • Able to facilitate and influence stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage conflicts.
    • Effective communication and teamwork across different organizational levels.
    • Promote service development and roles outside the host Trust.
