    You have the opportunity to become the topbiller in your first year with uncapped commission ? Do you have fieldsales experience in the freight forwarding industry? Our client is a GlobalLogistics Business, and they are growing their team rapidly.

    More than 50percent of their employees have been at the company for 5 years or more, soyou'll have a great opportunity to progress in your career.


    Whatyou'll do:
    To work towards personal and team sales target –establish measurable KPIs to track your success. Manage an assignedterritory around Bristol and demonstrate knowledge of potential customersand competitors in this area. Pursue revenue opportunities with new andexisting customers, whilst engaging and building strong relationships.
    Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer'slogistics needs – supporting cost-benefit calculations. Support thetransition of new accounts through customer introductions. Collaborate withinternal teams to deliver outstanding service and meet client expectations.
    Serve as the key point of contact for client accounts. Join the in-housetraining sessions to development service and skills knowledge.


    Experience:


    Understand the current market in freight forwarding – Air, Ocean, andRoad Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

    Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
    Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills. Encouraged to make quickdecisions in response to changing conditions. Strong negotiation skillswhilst maintaining strong client relationships.


    Package:
