Supervising and co-ordinating activities of sales staff.Effective handling of all sales enquiries.
Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focussed and adopt a structured approach.
Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on:
Time management.
Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the key success drivers essential to deliver consistently strong results in terms of business growth, net profit and cost control, together with high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
